HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I worked with Bryant over several months to determine the best HVAC solution to a failing 30-year-old electric furnace. We finally arrived at installing a ductless heat pump, and it's like living in a whole other house. The inside unit is quiet and generates ample heat for my multi-level home. In addition to answering all my questions and calming my concerns, he timed the installation so I could take advantage of a substantial rebate on the unit through our local electric utility company.
